We’re hiring a Landscape Crew Lead to manage a small field team and ensure quality execution on residential and commercial properties. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work and can motivate a crew to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of 2-4 technicians on daily job assignments
- Ensure all work meets Marvelous Gardens quality standards
- Communicate daily schedules and job requirements to crew members
- Operate and oversee the safe use of all equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and skid steers
- Conduct on-site client communication and address questions professionally
- Monitor job progress to stay on schedule and within scope
- Train new team members on equipment, safety, and company procedures
- Complete daily job reports and timesheets accurately
- Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean, working condition
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial or residential landscaping experience
- Previous supervisory or crew lead experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Knowledge of plants, turf management, and landscape maintenance practices
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat and varying weather conditions
- Available for early morning starts and occasional Saturdays
